I’m a food science entrepreneur with over 25 years of experience driving innovation in the food science and technology sector. My passion lies in building strong relationships and delivering practical, results-driven solutions that support sustainable business growth.  

Throughout my career, I’ve collaborated with researchers, industry leaders, and government agencies to develop and manage complex programs and partnerships. I bring deep executive leadership experience, including serving on boards of directors, where I’ve helped guide science and innovation-based businesses with strategic vision, technical insight, and effective risk management.

My work across New Zealand, Australia, the United Kingdom, China and Kenya has allowed me to build a robust global network within the academic and research communities, while providing hands-on solutions to multinational food and ingredient companies.

With a strong academic foundation in plant and dairy science, and food for human health, I offer both deep technical expertise and entrepreneurial leadership—empowering food and ingredient businesses to innovate and thrive in a competitive global market.
